how to order from Pet-China

STANDARD ITEMS

Items shown on this website take approximately 3 weeks to produce and I will email you on the day of their despatch. I will require one or more, good quality photographs of your pet along with your order.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs can  be posted with the order, photos sent by post will be returned to you along with the finished item(s).

You can also email your photos to me at info@petchina.co.uk Please ensure that you include details of your name, address and telephone number so that I can tie the photos up with your order form.

If you are unable to supply a photo of your pet, please let me know the breed and colour and I can choose a likeness from my extensive library.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

If you require a portrait on a different piece of china, (such as a teapot) this will require extra time, dependant on the length of time it takes to source the china. You must email or write to me prior to placing your order. I will then be able to advise you of the cost.
